Instructions
- In a bowl, mix 3 teaspoons of Mayo, with 1 teaspoon of your choice of mustard. Add your choice of spices to taste and apply to flesh side of fillets.
- Heat grill to 350 degrees, put fillets scale side down on grill and close lid. Cook about 12 to 14 minutes,
- Open lid and sprinkle with cheese and close lid for about 2 minutes then pull fillet off and put on plate.
- Can add butter at this time. Don’t hurt yourself. Eat everything but the skin, scales and plate.
