Fillets with skin and scales on
Make shallow cuts/1/2″/ into flesh
Instructions
In a bowl, mix 3 teaspoons of Mayo, with 1 teaspoon of your choice of mustard. Add your choice of spices to taste and apply to flesh side of fillets.
Heat grill to 350 degrees, put fillets scale side down on grill and close lid. Cook about 12 to 14 minutes,
Open lid and sprinkle with cheese and close lid for about 2 minutes then pull fillet off and put on plate.
Can add butter at this time. Don’t hurt yourself. Eat everything but the skin, scales and plate.
